Collaboration apps are on the rise, and very much so since the dawn of the remote workers and distributed teams across the globe. We recently covered Microsoft’s Teams app, their new collaborative messaging app set to compete with Slack, a leader in this field. Microsoft have now turned their attention to creating an app to make your remote work seem like you’re in a meeting room again.

Microsoft’s Whiteboard has been designed for collaborating with other users, while doodling ideas, you can collaborate with several people within an organization, and it also supports the use of stylus pen’s and touchscreens. This way you can collaborate with your team by doing various drawings, doddles, and also do whatever else you’d do with a whiteboard.

The Whiteboard app is available for Windows 10 users, with an iOS and and web version due soon. As we’ve also covered the Teams app recently, good news is that Whiteboard will be available across the Team network as well.

Thus, for collaboration and creating ideas and products the Whiteboard app is ideal in order to be able to use a free design forum to put out ideas and make quick edits in order to launch your product as quickly and effectively as possible.
