I just recieved an email (from a hotmail acc) with my password in the title. Email says to pay this person cash otherwise he has access to all my emails and has been watching me via my webcam and has threatened to sending private matters about me to others. Usually wouldn’t be concerned as clearly a scam and I have nothing to hide but how is my password in the title??

ask for proof of webcam use, especially anything embarrassing, I would not dream of hacking but had I sent you the email I would have also sent an embarrassing pic as proof, as mentioned, change password and add sender to your blocked/spam folder

"ask for proof of webcam use, especially anything embarrassing,"

You should certainly not do that, or make any kind of response to the email.

Delete it,change your password(s) and stop worrying, as Fruit Bat /\0/\ says.
