Graphics Card Not Turning On

My computer has been running normally since I first bought it, and it had no problems ever since. However, just recently a family member accidentally spilled some water on top of it. I quickly grabbed a paper towel to remove all the water from the computer. I thought nothing of it since the computer continued to work normally. But after a while the computer turned off on me. I kept trying to turn it on but nothing happened, after clicking it a few more times though it turned on. However the graphics card did not turn on, and I am not able to see anything on my monitor. Upon further inspection, I found that some water had actually came in contact with the graphics card, and some sort of white residue was on it. I used some 91% isopropyl alcohol to clean off the residue and the rest of the graphics card but it is still not turning on. I am wondering whether the graphics card has stopped working or if maybe something else on the computer has been damaged.

Can you plug your Monitor into the On Board Graphics Socket.

If your Computer hasn't got one. Tell us its Make and Model and I'm sure someone will advise

As wee eddie but you will need to remove the dedicated card then connect to the motherboard's graphics port.

Yeah it's a CyberPowerPC/ GUA2400BST it has an asus m5a97 r2.0 motherboard which doesn't have integrated graphics.

Check the CPU as most probably it will support a GPU within it, so at the back of the PC most probably the PC's manufacturer has hidden it. Why I don't know. Open the case again and check what backplates are hiding the motherboard's full ports.
